Adviser Introductions & Responsibility

1. Nature of the Service

Meye Finance operates solely as an introducer of third-party professional services.

The platform does not provide financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, mortgage advice,

insurance advice, or any other form of regulated or professional advice. No

recommendations, opinions, comparisons, assessments, or judgements are made in relation to

any adviser, firm, product, or service.

Meye Finance’s role is strictly limited to facilitating an introduction, at the request of the user

and with their explicit consent, to an independent third-party professional.

2. Adviser and Firm Verification

Before permitting an adviser or professional firm to receive introductions via the platform,

Meye Finance undertakes initial administrative checks to confirm that, at the point of

onboarding, the adviser or firm appears on the relevant public regulatory or professional

body).

Any such checks are carried out for eligibility purposes only and:

 do not constitute a recommendation, endorsement, or approval;

 do not amount to due diligence on behalf of the user;

 do not guarantee the ongoing regulatory status, competence, suitability, honesty, or

conduct of any adviser or firm.

Responsibility for verifying an adviser’s or firm’s regulatory or professional status at the

point of engagement, and on an ongoing basis, rests solely with the user.

3. No Recommendation, Endorsement or Selection

The inclusion of any adviser or firm on the platform must not be interpreted as a

recommendation, endorsement, rating, approval, or assessment of quality, suitability, or

competence.

Meye Finance does not rank, score, rate, compare, or otherwise express any preference or

opinion in relation to advisers or firms.

Introductions are made on a neutral and non-preferential basis, typically by reference to

service category and geographic availability only.

4. User Responsibility and Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for carrying out their own due diligence before engaging any

adviser or firm, including (without limitation):

 confirming regulatory or professional authorisation;

 assessing qualifications, experience, fees, and services;

 determining whether the adviser or firm is appropriate for their individual

circumstances.

Users should not proceed beyond an initial meeting, nor enter into any agreement, unless they

are satisfied following their own independent assessment.

5. Adviser Relationships

Many services offered by advisers and professional firms introduced via the platform

involve ongoing or long-term relationships.

Meye Finance does not participate in, influence, or monitor the formation or continuation of

any such relationship. Users acknowledge that comfort, suitability, and confidence in an

adviser are personal matters that are typically assessed after an initial meeting, and that they

are under no obligation to proceed if they are not satisfied.

6. No Involvement in Advice or Services

Meye Finance is not a party to any agreement, advice, service, or transaction entered into

between a user and any adviser or firm.

All advice, services, recommendations, products, and outcomes are provided entirely

independently by the adviser or firm concerned, and responsibility for those matters rests

solely with that adviser or firm.

7. Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

For the avoidance of doubt, Meye Finance does not assume, and shall not be deemed to have

assumed, any responsibility or duty of care by reason of making an introduction alone.

Meye Finance acts solely as an introducer and does not assume any responsibility for, nor

does it exercise any control over, the advice, services, conduct, acts, or omissions of any

adviser, firm, or professional introduced via the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Meye Finance does not accept and

expressly disclaims any duty of care in respect of:

 the advice given or services provided by any adviser or firm;

 the honesty, integrity, competence, suitability, regulatory compliance, or professional

conduct of any adviser or firm;

 any recommendation, product, service, or outcome arising from an adviser’s

engagement with a user; or

 any loss, damage, cost, liability, or dispute arising from, or in connection with, a

user’s relationship with any adviser or firm.

Meye Finance is not a party to any contract, agreement, or professional relationship entered

into between a user and any adviser or firm and shall not be responsible for the performance

or non-performance of any obligations under such arrangements.

Nothing in this section seeks to exclude or limit any liability which cannot lawfully be

excluded or limited under applicable UK law.

8. User Acknowledgement

By using the platform and requesting an introduction, users acknowledge and accept that:

 Meye Finance acts solely as an introducer;

 no advice or recommendation is provided by Meye Finance;

 responsibility for research, selection, and engagement rests entirely with the user.
